Girls Who Code’s 4th quarter session was full before it was even announced. And then this particular strain of coronavirus hit, and now who knows if we’ll hold another club meeting during the 2019-2020 school year. But we’re driving on, running the club as an asynchronous resource and providing additional resources as we stumble upon them.
The bad news is, of course, that we’re not holding weekly meetings. But the good news is that we are not constrained by classroom size any more. We can expand the club to any and every 3rd, 4th and 5th grade girl that goes to Bacon.
What does signing up for GWC get you at this point in the year? Access to the lesson plans, tutorials, and the Learn to Code and Change the World text book. There won’t be anyone to facilitate the sessions, but you will get resources that might help you through the next month of homeschooling. And maybe it will be something that you’ll want to check out when we’re back for the 2020-2021 school year.
So, if you’re interested, drop us a line below, and we’ll get you an access invitation.
